搬到了Victoria Park囉!!相較於River先生家，這邊非常寬大，可以自己擁有一張單人床，嘻!!喔~對了，來到澳洲，每個背包客都會瞬間進化成小當家，做出來的料理也實在好吃，回台灣後再自動退化成夜市外食一族，me too^0^

大部分的Sharehouse會提供廚房、廚具、調味料、前人留下的食材，我們就會去Woolworths或Coles購買新鮮的肉、蔬菜、雞蛋…(這邊的牛肉、雞腿、起司、牛奶好便宜，可以每餐吃，肥…)，到了晚餐時段，就有很多大廚現身，超級有模有樣。我在澳洲期間，因為天性是個懶，所以最常煮義大利麵，好吃的秘訣就是…起司放多一點，大勝(肥)，本人自豪的料理就是馬鈴薯沙拉，這個酥軟香，很美味(鮮奶起司也是沒在手軟的放)。另外，也會做一些以前上館子才吃的，像是需要一點小技巧的omelet套餐，套餐的意思就是還有前菜、沙拉、湯那樣，這邊煮南瓜湯也很稀鬆平常，我覺得加鮪魚很搭。

有天，韓國姑娘Eunsun要來玩，我們決定煮些台式料理招待，蔥蛋、滷肉、地瓜飯、炒青菜…，家常但美味，做外交也順邊推廣一下台灣文化囉!!

I had my 26 years old birthday in Australia, Eunsun and I went to Fremantle again, we ate yummy fish n chips; the first time I send postcards from Australia; my first time having White Chocolate at Gloria Jean's (ps. Remember to show the YHA membership card, it costs only $1 for the 2^nd cup); Ben、Auto、Bruce、Johnny and Cos ate out in 程軒，we had a cute cake and happy birthday song at that night；by the way, I met an Oz girl whose birthday was also 8 May, lucky~
